Week 17

So this is week 2 without HCG, it's been tough. I haven't been eating the way I should be (not real bad, just a little more then I should), so I don't have good results to report back. I've gained 4lbs back. I know, I know, I know. But I'm taking back the wheel and staying on track...I want this SO BAD!! So I'm gonna lose 7lbs by the next blog!! Hold me to it! Till next time

Week 16, HCG free

Okay so I'm late again! I know I know...I had to wait till my special friend left to give you actual results...so I'm down 2lbs this week (off HCG) So I think I did okay...I was a little scared going off the HCG, but I think I maintained okay and followed the diet...so no complaints here...I'm going to stay off HCG for 1 more week and then start again...I have a wedding to go to in May...Got to get this last 50lbs off! So...pray for me folks..lol.
