So I know it's Wed. but hey...I'm here! So a recap of the week...ummm Valentines day was good, didn't cheat so it's always good..lol. I've been working harder at getting back into the gym and working out...so far so good...Bre (my trainer) KICKED my butt something fierce the other day...so watch out folks!!! I think by the time she's done with me I'm gonna have a six pack..lol. So since my last check in I'm down 10 more lbs and 6 inches. I just noticed that I have given any stats since I started this blog... Here goes...When I started I weighed 285, I now weigh 233! That's 52lbs
Here are my measurements:
Starting/This week
Neck: 15in / 12.5 = -2.5
Chest: 51in / 44.5 = -6.5
Waist: 52in / 39.5 = -12.5
Hips: 54in / 46 = -8
Thigh: 28in / 26 = -2
Arm: 16.5 / 11.5 = -5
Total inches off my body is....drum roll please....36.5!!!! WOW!!! Truly amazing!! I hope that gives you some more motivation to conquer your weight loss. Listen guys I know it's tough sometimes. I've slipped up an cheated more times then I'm willing to admit...but the only person that is accountable is YOU! Don't do this for anybody but you.
When I started this, of course I wanted it for myself, but I had others pushing me to succeed with this. Until I got it in my head, that I'm the only person I need to do this for. So when your sitting down watching your favorite show and think man...if I just have a couple of chips it won't hurt...YES IT DOES!! It opens a door, a door that says it's okay to eat crap sometimes. Don't do it to your self. think of how far you have come or the goals you have set for yourself, those couple of chips or that night out isn't worth it!!! Lets keep each other motivated.
