Week 13


Good Morning folks!!! So how was your weekend? Mine was really low key...didn't do much but catch up on some lazy time and sleep! Stayed away from the Super Bowl parties (food, bad food)It helps since I'm not much of a football fan anyway...I think the food and drinks are the best part....so I stayed away, like a good girl. So according to the scale today I dropped 5lbs and down 4.5 inches...so it payed of being a good girl....I'm excited about slimming down...my only concern is the amount of skin I still have...I should have taken working out more seriously....BUT I'm gonna start kicking the gyms butt!!! Are you with me? I need some motivation folks...leave me msg's tell me to go to the gym...Also let me know how this blog has effected you. I can't wait to read some responses!! Muah!!   1. So I thought of something....working out is the frugal gals plastic surgery. If everything in life worth having takes work... why not think of the gym as body rehab. I said to myself," BODY! sorry i took so long to decide you were important enough for me to maintain. I'll make it up to you one work out at a time!" Changin my tude has been helpin me to work out sometimes 2 times a day. I'm here for ya buddy! LOOKIN GOOD Mi-Ha
